Venue hire
Departure is available for hire on every weekday as well as Saturdays and Sundays. The venue suits a variety of events including private & office parties, launches, receptions, conferences and training sessions. Musicians and other specialist event services can be arranged at your request and catering can also be provided by the our kitchen team. If you make a booking, or a recommendation that leads to a booking on behalf of your company with a guaranteed minimum bar spend of over £500, we give you a £50 bar tab to spend on yourself and friends at you next visit to the bar.

Partial Hire
On weekday evenings Monday - Thursday, a large section of the bar including the formal restaurant is available for office parties and large celebrations. Include up to 300 capacity.

Booth Reservations
Departure boasts a number of booths located around the venue. If you have a group of up to ten peopl and wish to reserve a booth for an extra special night out or celebration simply give us a call. There is no charge for a booth reservatiuon but we do ask that you leave credit card details as a surety.
